- Solvency and bankruptcy law, land law, planning and building, support of developers and contractors in large construction projects, purchasing groups, urban renewal (NOP 38 including all derivatives, evacuation and construction), municipal law and representation of cooperative settlements (moshavim) and cooperative societies, commercial law, contracts, administrative law, tender law, sports (served as legal counsel for the Israel Basketball Association); and litigation in these areas.
- Ongoing legal counseling to commercial entities including in labor law as well as to non-profit entities and public benefit companies.
- Formerly served as chairman of the Public Institutions Committee of the Israel Bar Association – Jerusalem District; as vice chairman of the Law and Sports Committee of the Central Committee of the Israel Bar Association, and as a member of the Ethics Committee of the Israel Bar Association – Jerusalem District.
