The partnership was founded in the early ‘70s by Advs. Joshua Kramer, Yosef Shapira (in time the State Comptroller) and Michael Schneider. As of the early 2000s Adv. Ronen Weinberg, Adv. Aviv Behrendt, Adv. Sagi Tirosh, and Avd. Eliad Cohen have joined the partnership.
The firm provides legal services to numerous public and institutional clients throughout the country and operates from two main branches, in Jerusalem and in Beer Sheva.
